**OUR BEGINNING**

Our story began with an ambitious adventure undertaken by three young riding enthusiasts. Confident they could conquer a 38-mile mountainous trek in just five hours, they set off. However, the day took an unexpected turn as they found themselves struggling uphill in the mountain's shadow. As night fell, they were cold and exhausted. Facing the final 16 miles, they had no choice but to push their bikes against the wind. Carl lamented, "If only we had bikes with electricity to give us a boost." This idea sparked a lively discussion and a resolve to upgrade their gear for another challenge. Unfortunately, the project stalled due to high costs.

**OUR PROGRESS**

Fortuitously, their campus hosted a Technology Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, where their innovative electric bicycle concept captured the committee's attention. This success spurred the three founders to delve deeper into electric bike research, culminating in the establishment of their company, ENGWE, five years later. Little did they know, eight years on, their electric bikes would garner a global following of nearly one million fans. ENGWE has since focused on enhancing e-bike functionality and style while staying true to their original mission: offering beginner-friendly prices and practical designs.

**OUR DAILY**

Today, ENGWE thrives with hundreds of dedicated employees and a vibrant user community. Our office buzzes with activity, as team members from various departments—product, R&D, design, sales, marketing, and customer service—cycle around and collaborate joyfully. We are driven by a passion for health, sports, and life, believing that our enthusiasm translates into excellent products and experiences for our customers.
